Your work will span operational support, project delivery and innovation initiatives.You’ll be responsible for:Support and maintain Council’s core applications to ensure systems run smoothly and securely.Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.Assist with system upgrades, projects, data migrations and improvements, including AI‑enabled solutions.Work closely with stakeholders and vendors while managing day‑to‑day support and project demands.About You You’re customer‑focused, community‑minded, and passionate about doing work that makes a difference. You live the PAE values and bring professionalism, integrity, and positivity to everything you do.You’re great at:Translating technical jargon into plain English language. Asking the right questions, and enjoy digging into problems to find smart, practical solutions.
